We adapt to the season and offer what we think is best for any season.
Norwegian Farm sausage, fresh fish from the Bodø and Saltstraumen area, fresh mussels and bacalao with cuttings from lofoten are just some of the raw materials we use.
Salt produced in and by Saltstraumen, from Arctic Salt, we use where appropriate. In addition, we serve ice cold beer from Bådin, which is produced in Bodø. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner most days.
